Standard Shipping Policy :

1. All orders are subject to availability . If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order , we will notify you .
2. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery with in the UAE .
3. For all orders in stock we estimate delivery in 2-3 working days , subject to acceptance and approval of your order . Delivery times are to be used as a guide only .
4. Unless there are exceptional circumstances , we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 working days .
5. If any damage on items delivered , please contact us immediately on tranepartsuae@trane.com . It would be good if you can send a picture of the damaged items for faster actions .
6. You can avail the urgent delivery option for same day delivery for all orders received before 12.00 noon . Additional charges might apply for urgent delivery depending on the location , item ordered etc .
